The goods must be returned complete, in their original state, they must not show any signs of wear and use. Our Chantall safety label must be attached.

Goods sent on cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted!

Money will be sent to your account as soon as possible, within 14 business days at the latest.

The goods must be sent by registered post and must be insured, as we are not liable for its possible loss on the way to us.

The shipping costs are paid by the customer in full.
